Thumbs up Just bought a 350Z...

Hi all,

My girlfriend and I just bought the car with the "Premium pack" (European edition I think) which includes 18" Rays, Brembo-brakes, BOSE sound, 6 gears and a lot of other equipment!
We bought the car with 13.000km on the clock (9/03).
The Nissan-add said, "The only thing it does better then accelerate, is braking" and thats not far from the truth!

I've read some posts on the site, and have experienced that the plenum spacer is a good place to start, I've got the pop-charger!

I have to say that my girlfriend and I loved the 200sx we had before, but we thought we should try something new before kids and stuff..

Cant seem to find any other things to look out for, as it is now..

Heres a pic of the 200sx S14a we sold.

Any other previous 200sx owners in here?

Nice 200sx but we want to see your Z!
Congrats and welcome.

I'm pretty new here too, but a Pop-charger, plenum spacer and resonated test pipe seems to be a good place to start.

Very nice!
If you want to realize the gains of your intake mods, you need to uncork the exhaust
I’m sure someone has the HP gains.

Hmm you might be right, just didnt realize it was like tuning turbo cars where the bigger the hole, the better!

Well should be, thats the only 18" rims they sell the car with in Germany where I bought the car.. - But I am not that sure when you put it like that.. *lol* Edit to say: Is this the Rays rim, if that is the case, it isnt them! This is the actual rim!

Yeah, you have the non-Ray's 18" rims. They came w/ the Touring editions here in the states. And they weigh about 25 kilograms each.

For sure they're not Rays, but it shouldn't stop the fun .

Where did you buy your pop charger. I've been looking for a decent shop here in europe which sells that stuff for a 350z...

Welcome to the site, post some pics of Sweden when you get a chance in the off-topic forum. What city are you in?

Damn, they are heavy then, but its okay, they look nice and the car drives like a dream!

Well the pop charger actually came with the car.. but I think I read some where that either K&N or APEXi makes the same filters, and I wonder if your local APEXi dealer couldnt come up with a filter for you.. I use to shop in England @ www.apexperformance.co.uk - I've written them a mail to check if they can come up with 350Z parts.. awaiting answer..

Do you know any shops within th EU, I only know http://www.ctd-germany.com and http://www.elia-ag.de

Hmmm, if I'm not mistaking, the Decat+Plenum-spacer+Crank Pulley+pop-charger should give af total of ~25 realistic HP at the crank... doesnt that sound resonable?

Anything really. The hot local ladies are preferred but random pictures of the cities and countryside are cool too. I haven't been there in years.
