Default Stock Tire Issue

I'm a relatively new Z owner, and am having serious issues with the stock Bridgstone Ponteza RE040 tires. It feels decent on dry road. However if you drive over a slicker pothole, train track, or heaven forbid drive when it is raining, it feels jerky as hell and all over the road. Anyone else having this issue? I searched and couldn't find anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Is this my tires or is there something wrong with my Z. Or is this just how it is? I had a G35C that was NOTHING like this.

Believe that you are just experiencing the 350Z suspension. The suspension reacts well to minor changes in steering. Likewise the car can give quite a jolt from rough roads. Depends on your perspective. If you go from a big Chevrolet to a 350Z, the Z will feel, well, like a sports car with a stiff suspension.

I have driven some pretty sporty cars, but this doesn't feel right. I'll see what happens, but it doesn't feel safe at all in wet conditions.

I drive my Z in the rain...or should I say..I've driven my Z in the rain. I had no problems. I drive carefully. What are your tire pressures at? They should be 35psi for each tire (cold)
