i just got my Z yesterday and today i was driving around to practice. one thing that was annoying me was that whenever i tried to shift from gear 2 to 3, it started grinding. i shifted at 3000 rpm. whenever i went over 3000 rpm, it didnt grind. can anyone help me out? does grinding also **** up your car badly? someone give me some advice. thanks guys!
