60th birthday present from me
Welcome. You're young compared to my dad who unfortunately seems to have given up sports cars.
Enjoy it as long as possible! And by the way, there is no such thing as a "Gray" 350z!!!
I'm thinking you must have a silverstone...

There is a 50-60 year old black guy I see every once in a while that was one of the first to have a Z in the neighborhood. Drives it like a cadillac, sits too close to the wheel and never waves or smiles. Don't be that guy.

To the original poster - congratulations! I'm only a few years behind you, and bought my Redline roadster as a birthday present for myself too!
I like this theory of getting better birthday presents with every passing year.

Ewmakz is not the oldest member here. I will be 63 in November and still feel like I'm 18. My wife claims I drive way too fast and constantly gives me that you are an idiot look but that is ok.

It's not called driving if pedestrians pass you and you keep bumping into things.

wow.... just wow!! lol
Age has it's advantages. Say, being able to afford the car and the toys/accessories that go with it. And not having $10000 worth of debt on a credit card for car stuff. And not really caring what some punk in a rodded Civic thinks. Of course that doesn't apply to anyone here since we have far better taste in cars. And other things...like???
Age is nothing but a state of mind. I'm in my 50's and this has by far been the best part of my life.

Yup, I'm right there with you. Nice, isn't it, to get to this point in life. My mom said her 50's were her favorite decade too - old enough to have some money, young enough to enjoy it, old enough to have the kids in college and one foot out the door, young enough to do a fair amount of pleasure traveling ... lots of things to like about this decade.
Maybe we should start a new exclusive topic "for mature members only" for those of us 45 and up. ;-)
Good to see the rest of you Baby Boomers posting.
