I am trying to replace the temporary license tag the dealer mounted on the rear with the permanent license plate. Neither of the screws will come out of the retaining clips, has anyone else encountered this problem?

 

Dealer used the wrong screws; I had to take the car back, have them drill out the screws and use the correct screws with a replacement retaining clip. BTW bought a 2006 silver alloy, 6 spd, touring hatchback.
