Buying an 2006 Z.... what color should I get?
Black - it's just such a classy color! As with many here, my other car, a Scion tC, is silver and it does do very well at appearing to be clean most of the time. Just decide on a color and go with it. Regardless of which color you choose you'll love the car.

Mostly in agreement with everyone. I have one black car and a Silver Alloy Z. I spend three times as much time and money keeping the black one clean and it still never looks clean for more than 2 hours. While the Z is easy to keep looking good and is much easier to maintain in that condition. If you are looking for a new Z, you choice will likely be at the mercy of what's available.
Silverstone is a nice color. It is easy to keep it clean, but too popular.
Black is beautiful, but a lot of work to keep it clean and the paint will be messed up in few years. Not worth it.
White is more JDM and eye cath.
Blue is not my type.
I have interlogos fire, which has two tone color. You should check that out. The down side is you get to drive a purple car some time.
