Default Do higher trims come with features from lower ones?

I asked this question in another thread however no one seemed to address it. When I opt to build my Z on the Nissan web page I find that it does not really specify whether or not the GT has the LSD like the Enthusiast has.

What I'm really concerned with is whether or not the Track model has LSD and VCD.

I'd also like to know if the TCS in the Enthusiast model is controllable, or if that is what VCD is for in the Touring trim (please don't tell me that all VCD is is a button).

Track model has VDC which inlcudes TCS and it has LSD as well. Track model goes away in 07 and you can get that trim in the GT model!

TCS and VDC are not controllable, its basically a button, lol!

I thought that I answered your questions here: https://my350z.com/forum/showpost.ph...02&postcount=5. Don't know how I can possibly provide more information.

Thanks for the quick response. One more question though, is the TCS manually controllable by the user in the Enthusiast model or is that a feature that is introduced in the Touring model with VDC? I'm going by what I read in the "Top 100 Questions FAQ" here so bear with me if I am being confusing.

Both the TCS and VDC are buttons in the exact same location, just they are in different models. They are NOT controllable, you can only turn them on or off!

When you are navigating and building your Z on the nissanusa.com website, the options are compile from the base model to the GT model. with the exception of the track model which doesnt have leather seats. Hope this helps you.
