greetings to everyone,
new to this forum,just bought 2006 350z,
what is the stock 2006 v6 3.5 actual horsepower rating.
just curious.

300hp....to the wheels you are looking at 240-250ish

If you have decals it might add some more HP!

That is good to hear...I put decals all over mine. I also have the visor hanging from the rear view mirror....I heard that adds 5hp too!

Hello,
I'm also a new member to the forum and the 350Z.
I noticed my owners manual was listed as a 2006.5.
Would this mean a change of some form has occured from an earlier 2006 or is it just the way they list one made in september?

That's pretty close.. We've just got done dynoing several Zs earlier this month and stock power is around that range.

especially yellow ones. Revup motors are rated @ 300hp which should be between 240-250 @ the wheels.

really depends on the dyno you put it on and if its a AT5 or a MT6 . 220whp to 260whp .

isnt the older 350z's and the new ones basically the same in power, but different ways?
