How do you feel about the suspension. Do you guys think its soft as others have stated? How does it compare to previous year models?

 

I don't have another one to compare to, but I think it's a very rough ride. I like it, but it is rough.

 

If the '07 is the same as the 06, or 05 is a slightly less firm ride than say an 03 or 04. Haven't driven an 02 so can't comment on that year.

If the 07 is as soft as my 06 it should be quite comfortable. I had read about Zs in the past having bone crushing suspension but I found the 06 to be surprisingly firm but confortable. Also a lot more quiet than I expected.

The 07 has a firm ride, my 03 rode more harshly but I am beginning to believe that improved sound deadening makes the 07 seem to ride more softly. I know the spring rates, shocks, and weight have all changed. I would not call the 07 ride soft by any stretch.
