Am I The Only One W/ This HUGE Problem???
I am a new owner of a 2007 base model 350Z and within 2 months of driving time i am experiencing a MAJOR problem. Aroung 3000 miles logged i began to notice a sticky clutch pedal. at first it was something that happened only through a few shifts and then the clutch pedal would go back to normal. but now i am experiencing this EVERYTIME I DRIVE IT!!! i took it into the dealer and they could not diagnose the issue (????) then i became upset brought it in again and said, basically, fix it, i don't want it back till it is fixed. the dealer flew in a specialist from japan and he didn't even know what was wrong. they gave me the car back and said that the sticky clutch pedal didn't even occur while they were test driving and trying to diagnose. (???????) as of today my car was sitting and i tried to start it but the pedal was stuck so far back against the firewall that i could not even start my car!!!!
ANYONE HAVE THIS SAME ISSUE OR HAVE ANY CLUE TO WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON???????? SOMEONE HELP ME!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to ride with them next time, and contact BBB about a lemon law claim - not necessarily to get a new car or a payout, but to let them know how serious you are.
I have the issue, but only at the track (and once on the street). My 6th gear however is being a little ***** lately.

Cannot Duplicate
I doubt if the Nissan people are trying to pull a fast one on you, they simply cannot duplicate the problem. A problem that is intermittent is difficult to diagnose. Although frustrating and time consuming, I recommend that you drive with a technician: the technician drives with you in the passenger seat. Very difficult to deny a clutch problem with you in the car.
If the peddle is stuck the the floor, and you cannot start the car, call the service department, and get a tow. That will get their attention.
Be mature a cool headed.

Tell them to go with you. You drive first on the freeway. Keep it in 6th gear and do some normal accelerating. Like from 65-75. Do it several times. To make it happen sooner, floor it from 65-80 (in 6th). Keep doin it till it gets really bad. It seems to be a heat issue so if you let it build, it will be easier for him to duplicate. Now let him drive.
Congrats on the car and welcome to the forum. You might try keeping a record of the exact circumstances when it happens so you will be more likely to duplicate it and take some pictures to erase any doubts if they have them.
You might post a thread under the tech area also if you come up empty with a search.
