i notice you're from syracuse, well at least went to college there. you from northern new york? im stationed up at fort drum.......thank goodness i wont have to subject the Z to a new york winter, you know what i mean.
You sure cleaned it well, but lose the front plate!
I live in a town with red-light cameras. It's a fixit ticket, but I got so many with my BMW, it really was a waste of time. And now dealers in California are beginning to make you sign a document that you refused to have the front bracket put on. I just gave up.

I'm good California Jewish kid, raised in the San Fernando valley. After college and med school in Upstate New York, I spent a few years as a Navy Officer, mostly in DC. Rest of my years have been back in California, the only place to live. I would link a website that has my cars and motorcycles over the years, but I just spend hours dealing with flames from envious punks. So anyways, the Z is one of the cheapest, yet most fun, cars I've owned. It's probably the lowest priced car I've purchased in 10 years (note my SUV in the background of one of the pictures), but there are aspects of the Z that is just so well thought out. Small things like how the steering wheel fits in the hand, reminds me of an BMW M3 that I had, which just felt perfect. Anyways, the car is built with the little things that the Japanese know how to do, but it feels like a German sports car. I know that Boxster owners will look down on this car, but the baby porsche isn't worth it.
I'm too old and way too busy for that much cleaning. There are a few mobile detailing people (the more you pay, the better the job) whom I might hire. But I do the thorough job every other month.
Black is sure beautiful when it is clean. Thanks for the pics. I wouldn't switch my Z for a boxster either.
I struggled over getting the auto or not. I regret it until I'm on the 405 in stop and go traffic for 10 miles. Which happened what 5 times last week. My knees would need replacement surgery after a month!!!!
I noticed that SU plate. I live about 15 miles from the campus and recently (2 wks ago) purchased a new 06 Base 6mt model in black...
GO SU
Let's see, didn't make the NCAA's in basketball. The football team lost 10 games or so. The Lacrosse team went nowhere. And my son is starting in 2.5 months, and the total check I just wrote to SU was $45,000. It's a wonder I didn't buy a used 1992 Honda Civic.
