Default My first Z

Hey, im the super noob, just picked up my 2006 Z today. Very happy with it. I am also a long time Mustang GT and Cobra driver. So this is alllllll new stomping grounds for me. Ill post up some pics tomorrow.

Quick question though. I noticed today that the front sway bar is bright red, is that factory or aftermarket?

Thanks in advance for all your help.

Congrats and welcome to the other side Answer to your question is No, there are no red OEM sway bars. All OEM bars are black. Sounds like you may have a Hotchkis sway bar.

OEM struts and springs are all black. Generally aftermarket springs will be a different color or they will have some sort of brand marking on the coils. This question is hard to say beacause I've seen some stock Zs that look lowered a bit. As for the JWT product, are you talking about the popcharger?

Welcome and congratZ. If you post us some photos we'll be able to tell you if it's lowered.

I've never drove or owned a domestic car. I do however own a 1998 Explorer, but not some vehicle that you would go racing with. How much of a difference in power and handling from your previous car(s)?
