Awesome...where do I get an inspection sticker!!!!lol Thats my first concern.

I have owned a 1972 240Z, 1980ZX, 1983ZX Turbo and a mint 1974 260Z. I have wanted the 350Z for over two years and just decided to take the plunge..I was gonna wait until the wife's Excursion was paid off...but found an unbelievable deal and couldnt resist!!!

bronzee: I will post a pic of the 1974 260Z and that's where "RED RIDER" came from..lol

I am so stoked about this car..the ONLY thing I am waiting on is the check (that was mailed from the credit union to NMAC) to hit and the current owner will call the transport co. and tell em to come and get it!!! Patience patience....lol

if you don't mind me asking, how much did you end up paying for the car?

also, be very wary... AAM motors go BOOM! (i'm not a vendor or sponsor, so i can speak the truth)

ok so whats yer point? ANY high HP motor can go boom at any time...take my 7.3 powerstroke diesel for example...265K miles and still counting... intake, suncoast tranny, injectors, big turbo, propane inmjection etc etc etc..guess what, it'll take my 8100LB dually down the 1/4 in the 13 second range and still come home and pull 21,000 lbs all day long... when NOT IF when it blows up I will buy another short block and swap it out...I am not one of these pansy *** people who write checks for stuff...I blow the z motor..i'll replace it.

damn the jealous haters...

I know..I am already looking at brake kits..lol it was next on the previous owners agenda but career change etc for him has brought the car to me.. any suggestions for a brake kit???
My list:
Brakes, leather seats, sound system, wing and tint and that should do it...this car will stay in the garage, wont be driven in the rain and will be a weekend dry weather toy..Im humbled and thankful the good Lord has blessed me and I am in a position to be able to do this...
sirspeedy, dio...thanks!
