Default New Owner- Alabama

I've been a huge fan of the Z since its introduction. Had to go through a few cars to get here, for one reason or another (RX-8, S2000), but overjoyed to be here with a Carbon Silver/ Frost 07 Touring.

Wasn't a fan of the light interior till I saw it in person- I love the two-tone in the cabin.

Had the chrome wheels on it (which are attractive, but not track-friendly), and rater than trade it at the dealership (couldn't get them out of the deal), figured I'd sell them, as I need wider wheels to get track rubber. I'll post here, I suppose...

Thank you all for allowing me to lurk and learn, I'll now begin researching my mods (wheels/ tires, brakes, suspension...)...

Hey Zelig. Congratulaions on your Z. Great choice of color. What wheels were you thinking of getting?

I love the color (after I spent the entire day yesterday with a claybar...).

I'm looking for either used Rays off a track/ grand touring or the Nismo 18's.

Why do you ask?

Thanks all. I love this car- in most ways I far prefer it to the S2000 I sold.

UofA350- Very kind of you. I think I'd cramp your style, as I am a 40 something professor. I would love to ask your advice on shops for mod installations, if you feel like being kind to your aged elders...

Z people don't cramp my style. I actually ran into an older guy last night driving and he told me to follow him to a gas station so he could check out the car. I ended up chatting with him for a good 30 min. at the gas station. I'm always up for helping another Z owner out, just let me know. What subject do you teach?

UofA350Z-

Left you a long, meandering PM with loads of questions.
PS Roll Tide!
