Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself. I currently own an '05 S2000 turbo and I'm in the process of selling it to get a Z. I've always enjoyed them and I am searching for a black nismo 350Z. Once I've got my car sold I will be picking one up.

The power of the Z is awesome from the factory and I plan on keeping it N/A. Only thing that I've found from my test drives of the Z is that cornering/handling isn't as good as the S2K's, however it's still a great chassis/platform that does handle very well. It's just easy to get spoiled by the S2K's handling abilities. I'm hoping though the nismo one will handle better than the standard so I'm still pretty close to what I'm used to!

Anyway, hope to be an owner soon and wish me luck on selling my car so I can be a Z owner soon!

 

Welcome to the forum. I've heard the two cars are pretty comparable in the handling or fun driving categories. Several here have made the same switch and have good things to say about both. I know after-market tires make a difference on the Z.

Thanks for the welcome everyone... I'm hoping to have the car sold within a month or so. If I can't get it sold to anyone within about that time, my friend will most likely take out a loan for it because he wants it.
