Z33 ... The Return
Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you guys know that I just ordered my 2008 San Marino Blue Enthusiast Z today and I can't wait!!! I sold my 2004 Daytona Blue Base almost a year ago and there's not a day that I don't miss it so decided to get another one.
I moved to Germany after I sold my Z and thought about getting a BMW 335 or even a BMW 135. Unfortunately, no matter how cheap they may be to G.I.'s ($5,000 cheaper), reliability has been a huge issue (everyone I know has a problem with their 2007 BMWs in the 1st year), plus they can't hold a candle IMHO to the Z33's muscular, flowing lines. I know most of you think I'm crazy for just not waiting for the Z34, but it doesn't really matter to me because I love the Z33 so much. Besides, I wouldn't get a Z34 in its first model year and woudn't sell the Z33 because I intend on collecting Z cars. With that said, a Z34 would defintely sit beside my Z33 in 2013. Anyway.....
Most of us in this board are lucky to have owned or driven a Z car at least once in our lifetime. The Z exudes passion, performance, and a heritage that could only be matched or exceeded by a few. Let's be proud of our Z heritage.

I was half considering the whole collecting the Z cars thing too... hitting up a 270z, in black also and maybe restore it if I can't get it in decent condition.... Then in 2013 Ill have 3 Z's

Thanks everyone! It'll be here in July. I know it's a long wait. It's wierd since the BMW side of the Military Sales, not only offers huge savings, but they provide interior colort combinations/options not available in the US. On the other hand, this dealer offers the basic car, no Nismo options, no trunk mat option, etc. Apparently every option on the NA Nissan website are US port installe so they're not available for shipping outide the US through Military Sales.
