No it is not legal. IMO you paid too much for that car. False advertising FTL.

Actual market value is lower than that. You can buy 07's now for the price you paid.....

Be cool. Misrepresentation will be difficult to prove. All of the specs on the sheet are factual. It’s a good looking 350Z. Enjoy the ride.

you sir are correct. But if you love the car then keep it. it's wierd because the dealer i got my Z was advertized as a Performance Z! i show up take it for a test drive and the mats read 35thZ. at least say something to the dealer maybe they will hook you up with some Nismo parts.

They'll prolly 1) take it back and get you in another car.. or 2) work out a deal on nismo parts/service or give you some dinero back .

Forget that. If you are happy with the car, then be happy with the car. Don't start ownership of your car by being dissappointed with the car. When you bought the car you were in love with the car. Would it make a difference when you test drove it and all that if they said then it was a touring and it was never listed as a 35th anniversary edition? You would have still loved the car and the color etc.. Nothing has changed, it's still the same car you test drove and fell in love with. Still the same car when you started this thread that you have been waiting for. Don't go and ruin the whole experience by fretting over the details as to weather it's a touring or 35th. It's a Z, you love it so be happy.

whatever. don't be complacent about this. they ripped you off and need to pay. i'd go back and ask for money back or at least a set of Brembo brakes. you can buy a hell of a lot more car than this for that money if it's not an anniversary edition. To make an example: I bought an anniversary edition with 20K miles, Nismo rims, TEIN suspension, Greddy TT, built engine, new stereo system, and more for the same price!!!! Get money or file for lemon law/whatever you can to get the car returned.

She has 19,800 miles and i got her a full wrap around warranty, certification warranty (both for 7 years or 100,000 miles from 2005), and Gap coverage for $24,000.

Shes automatic, (not a huge fan of manual).

What do you think!?

?!?!??!!?

2003s are going for 13k-14k. 2005s I have seen as low as 15k, with around 50k of miles. You paid way to much.
