WOW i love this car. Drove it 1300 miles home from southern FL back here to central, IL non stop. It was a blast.

Went straight to the DIY section and did the headlight housing mod... installed clearn reflectors too..

 

lower it aand it would look better....but nice Z either way

 

The angle of the picture makes it look like that. its lowered 1" or 1.5"

I kinda noticed that when i posted it up. I was on the ground taking the picture.

This car was languishing in Miami right? Enjoy it. I am sure you got a
great deal. Already looks 10x better than other photos from the dudes
yard.

 

I flew into Fort Myers.. and i was about an hour or so south of that.

When i flew in.. delays caused me to not arrive til around 1 in the morning. When i got off the plane and called to say i was finally there, they said there was a mistake with the new tires. (I wanted new tires if i was going to buy it) They put 35's on instead of 30's and they rubbed. So i had to get a hotel room and wait for the new tires the next morning. It was an experience though. And this happened Monday nite, i left at 1:30 tuesday and got home for my ole mans Birthday at 6am on Wednesday.


Thank you for the compliments.... So far i have really enjoyed this forum. Especially compared to the 240 forums back a couple years ago.

 

Wow did you really save a lot by flying down to Miami for this car? I mean in the end didint the 200+ ticket and 300 bucks in gas negate some of this deal? Plus how were you sure it would be there. Did you seal the deal or something?
