I just bought me a 2004 roadster with 20" rims. It looks great but I feel every bump on the road. Besides this obvious trait, could you elaborate on how else is performance affected?
I love the way they look and flare out the Zs body with a nice offset...but lag in performance and gas mileage drop sucks!...i bet i lost 2-3 mpgs with the 20s....damn wv and its mountains
Depends on the rim and offset as 20 inch chrome rims just don't belong on a Z. I had 19's on my car and was gonna get another set of 19's until I got screwed by a seller on this forum so I was stuck with no wheels. I had no choice as a friend of mine had the wheels below sitting at his shop. I slapped them on and they were perfect in offset and size. The wheels do not fit the fender and or scrape unless I hit a wierd angle entering a driveway.
