Default my 2003 350z stolen and found WRECKED!!!!

hey guys, my name is Roy and i had just bought my base 350z about 4 months ago. i was so happy in getting it and driving it. putting money in the engine and of course on the body work....anyways what sad is that my Poor car was stolen outside of a Walmart here in GA(yes i did have full coverage), and was found wrecked on hwy 85 right before the pleasant hill rd junction. however when the wreck was being investigated they claimed to have found a spare key in the ignition without the alarm control. Funny thing is that i had both original keys with me and the service with me (and i never made a copy of my key). so now the insurance is trying to say that im trying to fraud them into getting me a new car. however all i want is to get my car fixed and have it returned back to its rightful owner... my car has been sitting in the parking lot of a body shop. . . in other words the insurance is expecting me to pay for the damages.....which round off to about $6k-$10k. mioney that i dont have....im not trying to make others feel sorry for me. but i do ask if those who can help me in anyway possible ...any help given will be greatly appreciated.. my email is (fishi_86@hotmail.com) thank you and GOD bless all of you!!!! and becareful to where you leave your car parked at. and always be aware of the dangers that are out there and the people that would do the most aweful things to others..

for one all that someone needs to do is write down your vin number and go down to a stealership and have some untrusting thief's friend make a key using that vin number. yes it will be an unprogrammed key but they will be able to gain access to your vehicle. after that those professional thiefs know how to get that car running. tell your insurance that. that why around here many people are covering up their vin number with anything they can.

I think that we are all a little behind the 8 ball on insurance.
This is good testimony about policy coverage and shortcomings.
Frankly they're obligated to pay. You need to take immediate action
w/ an attorney. Where is the police report? Was the theft reported
immediately? Did the car get impounded by the police post wreck?

Sounds like you're getting PLAYED or we're missing the important stuff...

You bought a used car, who knows how many keys have been replicated by the previous owner. Your insurance company has no case on you. If a police report is filed, then you should be all set. Just wait for your check.

Check into those guys that drive those Ford Ranger Pickups with the yellow flashing lights. I hear they are pretty high speed when it comes to investigating things!

STEP 1: call insurance

STEP 2: Make your self angry by remembering that one g/f that cheated on you.

STEP 3: Say the following;

"Listen! you mother f@ckers better pay up or file an investigation against me. I dont have time for this dilly dally bullsh!t, I'm at the brink of getting fired from work because of the hardships I've endured from not having a vehicle. Backup your accusations or you will find yourself paying for not only my car but also my lawyer fees when I take your asses to court! I dont pay full coverage for this type of service. Let me talk to your g@d d@mn supervisor!"

..lather, rinse, repeat to the supervisor.

STEP 5: ???

STEP 6: Profit

or else the Insurance co. will take their sweet time and you will be w/o a car for a while.

Disclaimer: Just kidding.

you're right. I think the insurance company is trying to make you think that it's your fault and that they don't have to pay. However threaten them with a lawsuit especially a hardship lawsuit because you didn't have a vehicle and they will cave.

all of you guys are so right....im with NATIONWIDE insurance...for all you guys that are insured by them..i recommend you switch right away cuz these people will literally try to mess you up... i have all the police reports with me and am currently talking to my lawyer and private investigator who found fingerprints on the key that was left in my car. (results were that fingerprints were not mine or any of my friends). I had purchased my car used and got if from the Toyota Mall of Georgia dealership located on Buford hwy in GEORGIA. while the investigation is going through ive had people and friends help me with some financial issues for the moment. and some are helping me with purchasing body kits for my car to have it look like i had it before. today i had the insurance pay me some money since they did not issue me a rental car, which is helpful in some way. i appreciate all of your guys comments and advice.

thanx to all of you guys.. and soon i SHALL have my Z back and better than before.
