Default My Z - new to me

Hey all - just picked up my new 350! I used to be a big Subie fan (was debating between WRX and 350z) but I am SO glad with my choice. Picked up this '07 Enthusiast for a great price. Has just under 25k miles. I have never seen another Z in San Marino blue, I think it's unique.

PS - Yes, I know those are the old Rays wheels. The car came that way (and the front right has some MAJOR curb rash...). I think they look good on the car tho.

PPS - Sorry about the quality of pic. Off my iPhone when I got the car home. I just detailed it and will be getting more pics up soon.

Welcome to the forum. San Marino Blue is indeed a bit more rare, being a 2007 only colour. Bit odd though that someone has changed the rims over for the earlier model rims.

Awesome choice man, san marino blue is the color I wanted for my z, but love silver for a sports car. Let the modding begin!

Beautiful Z. Keep the wheels. They are and will always be classic.

I guess the prev. owner painted the original wheels flat black and didn't like it. So he traded his '07 wheels for the Rays with someone straight across (didn't cost him anything). The catch? The nasty curb rash and the back tires are bald. Looks like I'll be getting a new set of tires.

Members have paid to have Rays wheels professionally refinished. Not cheap but the results are exceptional.

Glad to hear you are excited about your Z. I purchased mine about a year ago and love it. When asked "Do you like that car?", I reply, "when I wear it out I am going to buy another one". I have never enjoyed a car as much as this one and I have owned many cars in my life. Just hope they improve the interior quality in future models....Have fun and be safe..Bill

Wrong. I own a 2008 San Marino blue Z. The color is gorgeous though
