Well! Today is my lucky day, brought my 05 touring back to Connell Nissan, returned it with FULL refund of the car (threatened to bring up law suit if not) and all in all they bought it right back. So I am in the process of buying an 07 Nismo PPW #0591. Just got out of the negotiation earlier and the paper works will be done on Friday night. Thanks all for the support and I will be posting pics soon of my new Z

no no I am not buying the nismo from same stealership, it's the mitsu next door. and TRUST me this time I made sure nothing was wrong with the car, test drove it 3 times on streets and highway and also got a killer deal on it.

It was a lot of crap to go through. and thanks all

 

holy crap, a success story coming from a dealership replacement/refund issue, congrats man! you're one of a few that I know of.

 

Thanks yeah it took a lot of calls to NMAC / Corporate and consumer affairs. But once all that is done and a little research, everything should be fine once you drop all the cards on them. I brought up (Douglas Nissan) went out of business because they were frauding customer SSN. It also helps that I had my attorney there with me along with my financial adviser (Which btw were just all my best friends but they really were what they were, not bsing the dealers.)

 

i bought mine at connell Nissan to, i hate that place, they have the worse customer service. i hope you have different luck. i bought a black nismo #1549
