use the forums market place. go to the private classified section, for sale. hks new goes for over 1300 or more. x02 650 is what i paid for mine. some may agrue its not the same... lets just say imo i dont think a catback exhaust should cost 1300+ id rather save n use it towards forged internals

Welcome to the forum and congratZ. Enjoy it! Not at all tempted to change the colour when your dad owns a paint shop? Although the stock colours are stunning as they are. Especially with a good coat of detailing products.

Either...
A) You are on mommy and daddy's insurance policy and you are paying them.

B) Mommy and daddy have "your" Z on their policy and have you added as a driver and you are paying them.

C) You have some fly by night insurance company with a $1000 deduct, and the minumum coverage for everything
or

D) You're just throwing a number out there, and have no idea how much insurance is on the car because mommy and daddy are taking care of it for you.

I'm 32 with a clean record and i pay slightly under $100 a month for full coverage with a $500 decuct and standard coverages with a major company. So there's no way at 17 you are paying only $100 a month. So one or all of the above must apply.

Mike, nice job on the engine cover and plastics. That turned out really well. Enjoy the car.

I would suggest going slow with the modifications for a couple of reasons.
1) You are new to the Z. It takes a little time for most folks to figure out exactly what they want. It is expensive to change your mind.
2) You've had more driving experience than most kids your age, but even so the Z is a different car than you are used to. Drive it, autocross it, and get to know it before you go too crazy with mods.

good purchase! thats a great price imo, but to the haters jesus christ stfu, $13.5k can be made in a year by a 14yo kid...its not that big of a deal. Not to mention your acting like its a ferrari or something, its not hard to control these cars...i mean hell they run in the low 14s stock, not much faster then the maximas and im sure you wouldnt be busting his ***** if he was driving one of those. I dont see it being farfetched at all that he can and did pay for this car and will have no problem driving it.

with that all off my chest, tell girls at your highschool it does 200mph and sleep with them all!

Congrats on your Z.

The concern over your age is due to most of your peers putting them into walls or driving them 50mph into a flooded area through a blind corner.

They have ruined it for you.

+1

Anyone can end someone elses life because they are drivig like a douche. But give a kid a rwd sportscar and top that hith him thinkng he has plenty of experience driving at 17, and that's just a recipie for nothing good!

I don't give a $hit if the OP injurs or kills himself driving like an idiot because he "thinks" he know's what he's doing so he's gonan push it to the limit. It's the family that gets killed because of him that bothers me.
