Its a revup engine between the DE (276bhp) and the HR (309 BHP -313PS), puts out 296bhp.. HR came out in the UK in 07 and I think that was the same for Europe... Bit there would have been some pre registered or some of the revups still being sold at a reduced price whilst the HR was being introduced....

UK Engine dates
03 to 05 engine
276 bhp @ 6,200 rpm (243 lb-ft)
274 lb-ft @ 4,800 rpm (250 hp)

06 engine (also on the 2005 GT4 Special Edition Z's)
296 bhp @ 6,400 rpm (246 lb-ft)
260 lb-ft @ 4,800 rpm (237 hp)

Laurent, you going on the Euro run in 2010? Few of us from nissansportz.com are going to try and make it. If your in the UK in your car at the same time as one of the meets or shows it would good to have you along. Look us up, Pokie has been on a few times too!!

^ 3FIDDYZED, what are you implying? Laurents Z, regardless if he wants to believe it or not is a 2006.

it is a 2006 model but built and register in 2007 so for me it's a 2007...ok i think that's enough talk about the year of my car, back to the really important thing: it's a Z .

What's the date of the "Euro run"?

it's a 2006, but it was built in 2007? OK, that makes plenty of sense

Always wondered how that worked. Assumed it was a cover for a wiper blade option. Much appreciated.

Nice looking Z. Glad to see you replaced the wheels...but it is cruel of you to give those horrible fitting wheels to your buddy with the roadster :P

Is that your SV? I have a couple SVs.

was wondering? do they have junk yards/salvage yards out there? I am wanting the rear aluminum bumper beam and tow hook?
