Question New here, Getting mine in 30 days. Qs'<--

Hey guys im getting my Z in 30 days and i just had some questions.

1. Please link me to a post about what the best CAI is for a 2006 MT 350z.

2. What is the average stock 1/4 mile time for a 2006 MT 350z?

3. I have been test driving many many cars and out of all of them the 350z seems the most unusual to shift, idk what I mean but its differernt than other mt cars anyone know what i mean?

thats about all i can think of for now, When i get the vehicle in my hands ill be sure to put pictures up and document on video everything i do to it.

Thanks.

Welcome. What is significant about 30 days? Not 29 or 31 but 30 days?

1. There is no best. The stock airbox is very well designed so you'll see very little gain if any.

3. G35 have the same clutch as 350z. You'll find your answers here.

Try use the search function or these guys here will eat you alive.

1. I don't know of a post cause im new to this site but I have a Stillen and I love it (made by Nismo)! And this is a good site to check out for different brands and stuff as it relates to CAI's for the 350...http://www.*********.com/zwiki/Cold_Air_Intakes

2. I have no idea but the 0 to 60 for the 350z is posted at 5.7 i think...I looked it up a while back

3. And my 350 shifted "unusual" when I first got it also but I put a Nismo shifter on it and it seemed to loosen up a little bit as I drove it more. So idk if it was the new shifter I put on or just more time in the driver seat but I love it now and hate driving my other cars that are manuals because they now feel "unusual".

The light is overrated. All the cool kids hang out in the dark

*A CAI is a CAI imo. For the revups they apparently suck, but they do make that whistling sound louder, lol.

*The average 1/4 sdepends on the model. Base will get around 14.2@100 because of the lack of LSD. I can't speak for other models.

*The Z's shift qualities are often commented on and I love mine for them.

Really I highly advise you just take time and search. You will find more than you ever wanted to know about this vehicle. Don't you get snow or some form of white **** in Missouri? Imo wait until Spring.
