Things are about to get interesting. But let me be one of the very few who won't pretend and make a sarcastic comment about your taillights:
Get rid of the wheels
Get rid of the taillights
Get rid of the ugly hood
Get rid of the ugly headlight cover
Get rid of the ugly decal on the side
Get rid of the ugly decal on the Nissan logo
Get rid of the ugly 350Z badge, the crooked Fairlady Z badge, and the Nismo badge on the trunk.
Get rid of the Nismo sticker inside too - Nismos did not exist in 2003.
A lot of this stuff you can do yourself in about 10 minutes time and make the car look much better. The paint looks clean, as does the body kit, though. Just get rid of the ricer crap.

Looks very clean. Like aforementioned, get ride of the hideous silver decals and the headlight covers (the covers give the car a circular headlight look - much like a Porsche). Also the wheels are not my style and looks excessively sunken in. I'm not saying go hellaflush, but think about looking into some wheels with proper Z offsets. Other than that, I like the body kit and just keep the car clean.
Not bad, but take the advice from these guys.
Might just be me, and not saying it will happen to you...but for a 16/17 year old I was pretty smart, but as for an experienced driver I was an idiot. I would have been dead had I owned this kind of car as my first. Please, don't let it go to your head...learn the car, and respect it...the second you don't it will kill you. Period.

Y'all just love to rip on the young'ns. The car isn't really that bad. All of the ricer stuff can be taken off in an afternoon. The bodykit and hood aren't bad, besides the tribal sticker on the hood. The rims aren't terrible, just depends on your taste. But as for the tail lights,stickers, badges, pinstripes, and eyelids, they all gotta go! But those aren't too hard.

Welcome dude, as you can see we're a tough crowd but in between the insults there are some good suggestions. 
I won't jump on the dog pile but I will say you have some potential with your Z if you just change a few things.
