when you do a tune up, mainly your plugs.. check for oil in the spark plug tubes. I just picked up my 03 PPW 6 speed with 91,500 on it.. This issue isnt talked about (that much.. some but its not plastered everywhere) and isnt known unless changing the plugs. Its the gaskets that seal the tubes to the valve covers. They arent changable, you have to get either used valve covers with low low miles or new valve covers at 254 each plus 50 for a oem valve cover gasket set. There is a sponsor on this forum that does some modding and gets you new gaskets for 150 plus a 100 core charge. This is the route i'm going. I have oil in plug tubes 1, 5, 4, 6.

Car looks solid.. we also both have Frost interior.. the seats are nice when truly cleaned, but takes some nice products or they look very beige-y

GL with the car.
