Hey whats up guys/girls. Well I think its that time to actually make one of these, been here since 2004 with my first 350 but i had to let her go for some personal reasons but this year, i finally got another one woot wooot

Let me know what you guys think and/or any recommendations for mods. Dropping the car and getting some rims are in the works. Thinking of getting some Flat black rims. 18x9 in the front and 18x9.5 in the back or even 18x10. With a good offset ofcourse.

First week after the purchase :



Then decided to get the roof vinyl(looks great IMO)



My buddy gave me his old exhaust, RSR GT2; sounds great.



Got a CF OEM Hood from someone local, had to remove the Nismo sticker




Found an amazing deal on an AMP, Subwoofer and the Zenclosure



The Blue led light is my flash light, nothing in the car lol


Then my recent install is my radio and the plenio gps system(in the cubby), hacked with the new software.

to each his own but Im not a fan of eyelids, cf or not. I do however, think your car would look nice with the headlight housings painted black. I like your interior btw

 

Thank you, im still getting use to the interior(my old z had it all black). Im still thinking of getting the CF eyelids or not either way i'm going to paint the headlight housings black, remove the eyelids and if it looks good just like that then goooodbye eyelids lol.

 

FI is a awesome sub..i would get rid of the eye lids..it looked good with stock hood...but not now..

The 07 I just bought last month had the eyelids and I took them off. I'm still working on getting all the glue off of the headlights though...lol.

 

nice mods so far! +1 on ditching the eyelids as well.

Ok update:

The People: 5 Vs Eyelids: 0 lol

So question, what is the best way to remove the adhesive from the headlights without damaging them? I heard goo gone is bad for plastics so i dont want to ruin the headlights.

My honest opinion:

1.) I love the clean interior!
2.) I strongly dislike the eyelids!
3.) The exhuast may sound good, deep, and have no rice should, but it looks like the epitome of rice. Get an HKS knockoff for $300, will look and sound far far better!
4.) Audio set up is nice.
5.) Vinyl roof is okay.
6.) CF hook looks completely out of place as there are no other CF accents on the exterior of the Z.
7.) Go 18x9.5 F and 18x10.5 R

Just my opinion brother, your car is your car. Just keep her clean!!!

Thanks for your opinion bro, i'll take all the feedback i can get. The eyelids are for sure being removed after all the dislikes it got lol. The exhaust itself sounds amazing, the look of it..i would have gotten something else BUT..i'm not going to complain about a free exhaust lol. The CF hood wasn't in my plans but i found a good deal locally and i couldnt pass it up, whenever i get more money, i'll probably get a CF hatch, maybe the Asuka one but we'll see
