Hello everyone I have had my 03 z base for about 3 month now. I love the car and I hope to make many friends here. I was lucky enough to have bought the car with a short throw shift already installed, but soon as I got it I had to get rid of the antenna, get clear side markers, bc racing extreme drop kit and had some wheels made from NUTEK WHEELS "which I think I might sell soon for a differant size combo" they are 19x10.5 0mm / 19x11.5 -6mm silver face black bolts chrome lip. I love them but going to run differant specs and lip type. othjer than though any thoughts or opinion. well off to the forums.

Yep,your wheels&tires a bit extreme.
The wheel design itself is not bad(I'm partial to mesh).The tire sizes are awful.As are the
offsets.
How do you drive your Z without severe rubbing?I know its flat in Kansas...but.Unless you go to widebody
fenders,what you have now is pretty bad.
Your car looks sharp but not street practical in its current state.

Welcome, i'm in wichita too! maybe i'll be seeing you around. i made a thread (here) for wichita and surrounding Z's. It doesn't get much attention but you'll find a link to a facebook page in there called NIDO, courtesy of dorrifto (shelby). Don't know if you them yet but thought i'd let ya know. You met any other Z's in wichita?

Oh yeah I know you and Shelby but he sold his z, i saw yours on Craigslist not to long ago. I will have my wife find the Facebook page, I don't have one lol. Thanks you everyone for your replt, and you guys are right i do rub akd the tire size and offsets are a bit extreme to be a daily. I think I'm going to go with a 19x10/10.5 so I can use my tires now since they are new. I pretty much know all the people you do so can't can't I know any other z in wichita lol. I know bao,David,yi,Shelby, that's about it. I went to the Nissan meet last year with you and the rest of the gang but that time I had a copper fx45 on coilovers.

 

ohhh, ok yea I know who you are. Man you had a really sick fx45...made me want one. And yea, I'm always on and off about selling the Z.

 

thanks I sure do miss, funny thing is I sold it to buy a 350z and then a couple months after I bought the Z found out she was pregnant,lol so now I wish I had it. maybe ill buy another one? I love your car I always have I need to see it in person again soon.
