Default New 350z owner - Bimmer to Nissan

Picked up my 06 350z today and have been driving it all day. Loving every moment of it. Daytona Blue enthusiast coupe. First car was a metallic blue BMW 328i, so this feels right at home.

Already starting the upgrade process tomorrow!

Thanks a lot! I have always been a fan of the z, so I decided to pull the trigger. The car is completely stock with 35k miles. It feels almost identical to my 07 328i, in terms of acceleration and handling. The one big difference is that the ride on the bmw was much more comfortable. Not a big deal to me though.

Here's a pic of them side-by-side

Ya it was around the time of the sun setting, so it may look dark. I actually don't like spoilers, so that's one of the first things I need to remove lol. I am getting a Kenwood stereo installed today to replace the stock kit in there. I need an auxiliary input for my ipod so badly! Next week, I am shooting to get 15 or 20% tint on her. Then I need to take care of the rim situation. Either Werfen GT-03's or Axis Shine wheels.

I'm from the central jersey shore area. Near Seaside and Point Pleasant. Lots of Z's around here.

This site is coming in really handy so far. Already got my pioneer stereo installed and rear wiper removed. I am doing the rear wiper delete modification. I got the flat metal plug and it should be complete by the end of the day. Pics below

My dream car for the near future. I was looking at other 328 coupes, m3's, 350z's, and mustangs. A buddy had an 06 blue z like this one, so I knew it was a great car to go with for under 20k. Good luck on the m3 search. Looking for an E46 or E90's M3?
