Alright first off my budget isn't great what can i do to maximize how the car looks and feels for the least amount of money.
tires and rims are great and aren't very costly but what else?

I have washed it im 17 and it's like my moving pride. I have the touring edition bose stereo system the car is black on black and still more on black with red stitching in the seats. but again im 17 so my income is limited especialy with a new car note... my parents are paying 1/3 of it the rest is my payments so my income is limited id like the open face intercooler and some 18"s but again nothing is solid

 

well it needs to have F/I to warrant an intercooler

 

tires, wheels and coilover suspension. it's all you need for looks nowadays in the stanced scene.

 

 

maybe its just me but, i think your parents need an *** kicking for helping you buy a car. as far as upgrades go you should wait untill you can afford to pay for the car all on your own. because all that money you put in to upgrades should be going to your parents. again that could just be me. congrats on the car

Congrats on owning your dream car though. Consider your self super lucky! When I was 17, I had a 1979 Datsun 210... looked like this (even that same color)...
