Check your gauges/tach, you should have the 7k rpm redline as the 35th anniversary had the rev up engines. The side Z emblems should have a bronze tint on the outer ring as opposed to the regular silver. All 35th had Brembo, so either your car was a modded then stripped Z or the dealership you're asking cannot be trusted.

I think the dealer may be wrong or simply doesn't know. All the 35th Anniversary models came with Brembo brakes. Here is a scanned copy of the relevant page from a dealer brochure.

Unless the car is an automatic. If automatic, it will have the regular DE motor with 287 hp and the lower redline.

Wheels and leave the painted hood on it, or get your CF hood painted to match.
