Default New 350z

Hey all!

New to the forums. Purchased my first Z four years ago, 1993 300zx ran great but had to sell. Just purchased a new Z today.

2008 350z
6000km
6 speed Manual
20 inch chrome rims (not a huge fan but will have to stay on for now)
Navigation system and rear camera installed.

15 grand.

What do you think?

Sorry for the shitty pictures.

Yeah 5793km to be exact. Not a clean title but It was bought from a family friend who assured me the damage was very light.

Definitely interested in changing the rims, probably gonna drop down to at least 19's, anyone have any suggestions? Something that looks good on black?

gold looks awesome on black. or you could keep it simple and clean with some nice silver wheels. definitely no larger than 19" though

You got any specific brands I should be looking at? Gold would look sick.

depends on your budget. i'd suggest going to the wheel and tire section of the forum and looking through some threads.. many many pictures, just look.

good luck and happy modding!

Nice car!
Those wheels...falls into the "what were they thinking" category.
Like,pimp your ride.
Go with 19's.Gold is just too much.If you like that direction,I'd suggest a
bronze wheel.Volk makes a great bronze if you have the funds.

there is practically no such thing as a lightly damaged salvaged vehicle. the damage was more than the car was worth, and look how much it was worth. how could 12,000+ worth of damage be light?

i think those wheels alone should have been a reason to get the price down.

Where'd you get that number from?

A 2008 350z with that mileage would be worth more than 20 grand.

Nice Ride, I just bought a 350z last summer, I would agree with everyone, those rims need to go.

My Z came all the way to me from Cali, don't know here but I know the original owner was an avid golfer (still finding tees, in the weirdest of places ), 2nd owner lived in Langley BC, and then dropped into my hands. Its been driven, not hard but was definitely a DD, got 102,000 miles on it when i got it and yes that's miles not Km, body definitely has its highway scars and some from a bike but its in good shape mechanically. Learned why he went through tires so fast the camber was off by 2 degrees in the front. Engine is strong, heh buried the needle before i put it away for the winter . I am looking at getting the rims replaced they are chipped and peeling, will be asking in the other areas of the forums about forged rims. The inside is a mess nicks and scratches every where, thinking of doing carbon inside with some fiber optic lighting, but that's for later. srry for the pics but there done with my phone.

Its a 2004 Touring Z, 20in Rims (found out wider than norm), got it for $14,400

comments welcome, even the trolls
