Default New Member intro

Hey everyone, so I don't own a 350z, yet. I own a 02 Subaru WRX and I'm currently in the process of trying to make a deal on 04 "Nismo Fairlady Z" with $62,064 miles on it. I didn't intend on buying a second car nor ever owning a 350z. My WRX has a thrown rod in the engine so.. yea. I randomly got a text from this female I know that works at a car dealership and she asked me if I knew anyone interested in buying a 350z. Since I never driven one I went ahead over to test drive it and well, I love it. It's a change from having turbo but still. It's actually a cosignment piece so it's not really the dealers but they hooked me up with his info so I can get it for cheaper then what they're selling it for. I was told it isn't an actual Nismo it just has nismo upgraded parts. I'm not sure how I can really tell if it's an actual fairlady or not but either way I know it's a 350z. I'm not too picky about it being geniuine or not seeing as though I don't have a driveable vehicle at the moment.

Why not post a pic of said Z.I'm sure the guys here will assist in telling you
exactly what you are looking at.The Nismo Fairlady Z is no doubt a aftermarket
emblem that was stuck on the car."Nismo upgraded parts" could mean it has a CAI
or a S-Tune catback. The real useful info what trim it is.Enthusiast,Performance,Touring.
I doubt if its a Track.
Never know...

"...an actual FairladyZ"? Unless it's right hand drive it's probably not. As mentioned above, it's probably a sticker someone stuck on it.

You may want to look around for a local Z Club and ask their assistance/input.

Good luck!

x2, if it's a real fairlady, it's from the japanese domestic market and will be a right hand drive as well as many different things

Welcome. Fairlady Z is right hand drive. Nismo 350zs were only offered in 07/08 unless it's an R-Tune edition but those were only in Japan if i remember correctly.. Could be wrong though.

If it looks anything like these you're onto a winner!

Even if it doesn't you'll have a lot of fun in a 350. Plus it's a cool community. Think it's part of the reason so many of us have had our so long.
