Default Bought 03 Track Z with unknown tune. Curious..Help?

Ok, so I bought a Black 2003 Track Model 350Z in Wichita Falls, TX. The guy that had it bought it with the mods on it I guess and didn't know a whole lot about it. It had on it when I bought it: K&N intake (that hadn't been cleaned since nam) and a head shield, 5/16 plenum spacer, stainless headers, greddy exhaust, and an unknown tune that needs to be fixed I'm guessing since I'm now in the high plains and the elevation is a 2000ft rise.

forgive me for my noob-ness in advance

Now on the thing to the left of the oil pressure gauge there is a whole list of things I can cycle through and change. I can change my rev limiter on the fly, is that normal for a track 350z? I can show all my tire pressures from this little LED screen, and do a handful of other things. This is a tune, correct? Or is this on all stock '03 track Z's? Probably souds like a stupid question but this is my first 350z.

If anyone has the same menu thing on their Z could you help me out with what all the options do? One is a MPG monitor which is pretty cool.

Sorry again if I sound dumb as hell.

Did you read anything about the car before you bought it?

You may want to buy an original "owners book" for your Z.
Check thecmarketplace or,E-Bay.
This sure would help with your gauge questions and other stuff.

That is your stupid too small shift light that you are adjusting on the fly!!! But it's so small and dim that if you are looking for that shift light to light up you will fly off the road and kill someone!!!

The various things you can cycle through on your instrument panel are standard equipment on the 2003 Track model.

Either you have an '06>, or you're tire pressure sensors are dead or missing.

Or you might have an '03 or '04 Base or Enthusiast.
