It's not that I intentionally wrecked it from wreckless driving. It just so happened that some idiots left their suitcases in the lanes on the freeway and I tried to swerve out of the way and just got reamed by gravity. Luckily it wasn't too bad.

 

So, hello my fellow Z Men & Women. My parts list has been made and I'm looking to spend around $4,000 to bring it back to life But on the flip side, I am alive and would like to get it back on the road by the end of the month if not sooner. This is what I'll need:

-Front 03-05 OEM Bumper $125
-Rear 03-05 OEM Bumper $100
-Headlights 03-06 $120
-Driver side rear quarter panel $100
-x2 New Power Mirrors $120
-x4 New tires all around 265-35-19's $800
-x1 ES2 19x10.5 +15 $200
-Rear Shocks/Axle/Suspension Complete $1000
-Paint Job $800-$1000
-OEM/CF Hood $100
-Straightening out the Rear chassis $600-$1000

So all of that together will be around $4500 in repairs which isn't too bad but still, $4500 could've been towards my education, other bills, helping out the family, etc. Say goodbye to my savings /: Hopefully this will all blow over soon. Wish me luck and I'll update you guys on the situation.

 

Damn, sorry this happened to you and GL with everything. You're paying for the repairs out of pocket?

 

Yessir, out of pocket. I don't want to go through insurance seeing that my premium will skyrocket and did not have full coverage on the vehicle which I was going to do this weekend(yesterday/today) but..**** happens. Hopefully she'll back up and ready by the end of the month.

 

A little update on the Z. I just picked up a new bumper and lip locally. Very nice buy. I got my estimates for repairs and was pretty shocked. Hopefully all goes well /: Have a good day everyone.

Lol thanks! My car is now being rebuilt. Like I said, hopefully by the end of the month. And if you haven't seen it. I just picked up a new front bumper and it actually came with a lip! Step by step. It'll come in time

Hello guys, it's been a little while since I posted but anyway. I picked her up today and well lets just say I was not too relieved about the price that I had to pay with a big discount but I was very happy to see her all fixed and back on the road. I still need to paint her and get a new hood & I should be good to go. I can't wait but until then, this is her as she sits right now from

 

Damn that sucks. Well at least it's progressing.

 

Yessir, just a lot to take in when I had to pay for everything out of pocket. But, I feel like its worth it and will be at the end when she's sitting pretty.
