Default Navagation in a non-Navagation 350z?

Hi all, newbie question here. I have a quick question pertaining to my car, I have a 2004 Nissan 350z (I think It the Enthusiast trim, still not sure).. my car had the regular one cd player radio in it, not a Bose system. My question is can I put a Nissan Navagation in my car? I can get the control panel that's on the upper console, the cd changer and the Navagation. Now being that I dont have a bose system will this complete setup work for me? If so what else would I need if you don't mind the questions

Thank you very much.

Ah, this is a question that's been asked many times before. Unfortunately, unless your Z was wired for nav, it's practically impossible to run the factory unit without a different main harness and the harness between the DVD unit and nav display. The bottom line is it's easier and better to incorporate an aftermarket nav system into your Z.

And, the factory system is slow, inaccurate, and waaaay outdated by now. You can install a head unit with nav, a separate nav unit, or even use your phone. I went with door number 2:

~$150 with traffic info and lifetime map updates. And it pops out if you want to use it in another car.

Hydrodipped. Plenty of good shops around doing this sort of work, but don;t send your parts to JM Auto Racing, as that's not one of them. I had mine done here, after JM Auto screwed them up:
