Default New owner 2003 350Z

Hi, I'm really glad to be a part of this forum. I just purchased a 2003 350Z coupe. I'm hoping with the help and assistance from all the great people on here that I can gain new knowledge for my car as I like to do some of my own work to try and keep repair costs down. I just picked it up last week and I have already ordered some things for it including all the sub frame supports as they were all rusted and rotted out due to the genius previous owner driving it in the harsh Ontario winters. I've also ordered from Z1 some goodies to install and upgrade during the process of trying to rid the car from the under body cancer. I've been doing some research on popular upgrades that you all do on these and am excited to be part of the group through my learning curve and especially excited to get to know the members on here. I'll be honest I don't have a lot of experience on forums and am looking forward to participating from time to time. I purchased the 350Z because my current project, my 1990 Z32 which I've owned since 1993 is taking quite some time to complete as I have limited time between work and family to work on it. It's taken me about two years to build the engine only working on it occasionally and the project has become much bigger and extensive into all ares of the Z as time passed. I wanted something to drive because I am currently the vice president of the Ontario Z Car Club and was ashamed not having a Z car to drive and always borrowing my buddies Z33 convertible who is the president of the club on tours and meets. I got tired of the trash talk from my club members about not having a functional Z car to drive so hence the Z33 presented itself to me and I jumped on it. It does require some of my TLC so I am looking forward to learning some valuable stuff from you guys. Again I just want to say I am excited to be part and thank you for having me here! I apologise for the long winded post I can assure you that future posts will not occupy so much real estate. Lol!
