I just got a 2008 350z and it has about 105000 miles, would it be safe if I turbo with all of the right supporting mods or would that blow up the engine.. Should I just go ahead and do an engine swap?

 

So if you just got this car and you already want to turbo it, I'm presuming you're coming from an already high powered car, like a Corvette or something, yes?

In any event, there's no way anyone here in the world of Virtua can tell you if its safe or not without putting hands on.... compression, leakdown, or at least service records giving some idea of the engine's history. Suggest you do a tear down of basic componentry to at least assess what you're working with.
