I am new to this forum but have visited from time to time as the Z has always intrigued me. In May I saw an ad for a 2007 350Z for sale and asked the wife if I could buy another autocross car. Expecting a heck no, I was pleasantly surprised she said sure. Whether she was joking or no, I sent a message to the owner of the Z and agreed to buy the car.

Having seen it run many times at Crows Landing, I knew what I was getting. It was just a matter of learning RWD coming from a FWD Civic in STX. While I would plan to finish the year in the Civic, all it took was one event to understand the draw to RWD and a STU prepped Z.

I look forward to learning to drive this car like the previous owner, I also look forward to chatting with the other Z autocross drivers and getting this car back to the top in STU.

 

Welcome aboard. Not a lot of chat on AX prepped Zs lately but post up in the Autocross and Road Racing section. Lots of knowledge and competitive cars/drivers out there that just need to be awoken. Haha.
