I was just wondering what I should be looking for when I go to look at a 350z or things to be careful of. Also another question I had is if I can sit comfortably in one because im 6'4"
Nothing more or less than you would look for in any other car (leaks, rust, etc). Do you have plans for it down the road, such as FI, or do you plan to stay NA?
Fitting with a helmet using the stock seats and headliner will be a challenge. I'm 6'2" and have to lean my seat back to fit with a helmet. This is only a concern if you plan on racing.
