Z bug is itching again... 18 years later
Hey everyone!
I wanted to see if my old login still worked and it does! I haven't had a Z in years but I have the itch again. With the new Z announcement, it brought back memories of high school, stalking the Nissan HQ for 350Z sightings, and finally getting my Z back in 2003. I wonder if any of the old members are still here.
Hopefully I'll be able to rejoin the family once again, but for now, hello!

Glad to see you back! And yes, there are a few of us "old members" still around. For example, I still own and enjoy my pre-order track model 350Z and recall those heady times vividly. Do the pics of the Z35 proto get you as excited about the new Z as the 350Z did?
Hey dkmura! I'm laughing at the embarrassing posts I used to write as a kid. 2002 vs 2020 internet has changed since then (I was on myspace and in high school at the time!)
To be honest, yes, that feeling did come back. It was obsessed as a kid and dropping my my entire paycheck into that Z. It was stupid but hey, I was a teenage kid who wanted his first car! Now I am a just a grumpy old man haha. Nonetheless, I do miss that feeling and the experiences that came after such as the Z meets and hanging out with other fellow Z'ers. So many funny stories because of the 350Z. I don't think people will realize the craZe and thrill that $30K car brought to thousands of us. I can't think of any other car that has created such an impact in the past 20 years.
