New 350Z owner 2004 Roadster
Hey everyone I picked up a 2004 350z roadster with only 43K miles, new clutch, new tires, new ragtop. Last owner took meticulous care of it then passed away and it sat in a garage for 5 years and was sold at auction because the son didn't want a manual transmission.
I'm trying to keep it as original as possible on the outside, under hood I've put in a K&N cold air intake kit, I have LCWRGS coils and spark plugs but haven't put them in yet I'll let a mechanic do that. I'm also going to put a Z1 Brake Upgrade Kit from Z1 Motorsports in it as well as BILSTEIN B6 Series shock absorbers and struts along with H&R sport lowering springs from Z1.
My only questions are this: I have the factory stereo with the 6CD changer. Is there one just like it but better audio quality that I can swap out that is still being made that is not a touch screen? Also would like to replace all the speakers with new ones as well. I don't want to break the bank on the radio and speakers.

Bose/non-Bose?
Speakers (and head units/amps) are an easy upgrade UNLESS it's Blose (did I say that?). If you have Bose and want to upgrade, you'll be ripping everything out and/or using adapters to make it all work.

Yes it's a Bose, Crutchfield website sells aftermarket with the adapters for the 350z units.
