Hello everyone.
I just wanted to tell u this.
Q's :
1. I'm getting a new car next spring. Which car should I buy?
350Z Touring 6spd or S2000
2. What are pros/cons of 350Z?
3. What color is the best look of 350Z?
Thanks everyone! Enjoy ur ride!

Welcome, although I'm technically a "newbie" too.
1. It's difficult to compare these two vehicles, because there are completely disparate schools of thought. Z is higher up on the alphabet--the highest in fact--which puts Honda in a very difficult position. Others are quick to point out that 2000 is nearly six times as much as 350, giving Nissan the clear numeric disadvantage. To decide, you have to consider horsepower, torque, curb weight, size, and power as a function of RPMs. Unfortunatley, that's equally difficult, because it involves math. Short answer: if you can't go by looks alone (like me), just test drive them.
2. Everyone has their own opinions, but the only con for me is that as soon as I buy it, they're going to announce an increase in horsepower.
3. I'd say LeMans or Brickyard are the best because they're both unusual and beautiful. I got Silverstone, because I don't have to be a color to fully enjoy it.

First off, welcome to out little forum.
Second, advise for you. It's really up to your personal tastes. I personally ordered my Z b/c it was fun to drive when I test drove it, it's quick, handles great, and has lots of fun toys to play with. Not to mention, there's going to be a huge market for mods. And I'm referring to real mods (turbos, exhaust, etc) not that rice stuff.
Most importantly, I could afford it.
So, there's my two cents and as for the colors, I like the Brickyard and Daytona Blue the best (and not just because they're named after two of the greatest tracks in the US).
Good luck in your decision and hope to "Zee" you on the boards more often.
