I see that. But that doesn't make sense. When you make a special edition you don't make it two years, you make the # and it is over. Hmm.

it's not really a "special" edition...like they made it just to be special or just to commemorate something. Sorry and I don't mean to rain on your parade, but it's just a new Z with a bunch of off the shelf Nismo parts, and a new kit, and some interior color changes. It's an awesome car don't get me wrong, but I think they are doing it just to sustain the numbers and the interest in the Z before the new Z rolls out. That's why they might just keep it coming out to reach more interested market. Just my 2 cents.

Sorry but good luck trying to get any of the parts and tuning this car has. It isn't just a Z with off the shelf parts like you wish to believe.

Don't care. It kicks ***. Drive one & you'll see. I think I just sold a white one today. My friends dealer should be getting an order. You just have to drive it & watch the looks. For those that say its ugly, they haven't seen it in person or they are jealous haters.

don't get me wrong, I love the car. Just saying what I think Nissan's marketing strategy might be. I think it looks great in person as well, that you can't really tell from the pictures.

I agree. I think they are doing several things. Seeing how the US market reacts to a factory Nismo car. I tell you this car is going to get peoples attention. Especially BMW, Porsche & Vette drivers. I live in Greer SC home of the BMW plant. Everybody & his brother drives a Bimmer. I can't wait to see this car tested against some so called high end sports cars. I will say this Nismo has made sure it will hold its own. This car begs to be driven.

Car looks sweet. I wonder how it would look with the Nismo v2 front end?

Solo: what did you use to fix your bumper when you took the plate off? the only complaint I had about my dealer was the drilled holes for the front license plate - sucks.

Update: New Pictures....taken with my cheapo P/S Canon A540. I didn't feel like grabbing the Canon 30D for these yet.

Looks like its needs to be lowered, I guess the Nismo Suspension that comes with the car is different then the one they sell at the dealerships... My car with the Nismo Suspension only has about 1/4 of the wheel gap yours is showing...

That Nismo Z still looks hot tho, congrats....
