Actually though it's a good idea to blur it, simply because if what I've heard is correct you need a vin to order parts from the nismo edition, and if someone used your vin they could, though vice versa it wouldn't have an adverse effect on you since they would have to buy the parts no matter what, but still.

You are right about VINs being gold, they give you every info about the car you could virtually want, like trim level

I'll be putting mine up in the den, so if they do break in to steal my certificate - they'll have the keys anyway...
