The dealership itself probably won't install the kit, but they'll have a body shop they're affiliated with install it. But you should be able to get it handled just by dealing with the dealership.
Be prepared to get flamed though as some think it's blasphemous to put those graphics on a factory nismo version as they're actually intended for the "S-tune" and "R-tune" packages.

honestly i agree. ive seen it in person on a NISMO Z and it cheapens the car ( this is coming from someone who had the graphics on his S-tune car)
but to answer your question it can be done by anyone who has experience with tinting windows or even a graphics shop.

its soo crazy you bring this up...i was just at the dealer today getting an oil change and in the show room they have a black s-tune...i asked how much the vinyl would cost and parts department said $180 for the entire kit not installed...the guy they had put it on refused to do it again for some reason...might be too cold. i know i am def. doing it next paycheck...it looks fuking badass
