What did you pay for your nismo Z?
Looking at buying a 2008 #818.
Also have any of you changed wheels,
or has everyone left them original?

i paid MSRP
some of have changed out wheels. my STRONG suggestion to you is if you decide to pleae keep your stock wheels and dont sell them. if you can afford a 40K car you can afford to keep the wheels lying around and in the long run you will want to have a complete nismo car aswell as the possible future owner down the road
My nismo Z is all original except i added the dual NISMO intakes to it

Speaking of wheels etc..
Anyone know how long would "tires" on the wheels would last? They were stored maybe 2 years stacked on their sides in a climate controlled storage room. Would the tires still be safe to use? I was thinking of putting back the Oem wheels to either sell or trade car. Or either have a tire shop check em out.

i paid $36K-even. no more, no less.
i agree with MC. in my experience of modifying and upgrading my cars, one major rule i follow is that to never sell my stock parts as much as possible (unless of course, someone is offering you big-$$$ for it and you need the $$$). because you never know when you'll ever need it again. and down the line, if ever you end up sellin'your car, you can make money off of the after market stuff you have and put the one you're selling/trading in back to stock. just my 2 cents.

I paid only a little over MSRP, mainly for a wheel security system that the dealer put on.
We did take a bigger warranty though - although time will tell if it was worth it.
The only thing I have changed, is the license plate to a NISMO one, and added a carbon fiber NISMO gear shift as I prefer that one for my tiny hands.
