Let's have one in Houston on of these days. There's at least a few of us that I've seen posting up here. Plus that MB '07 by my house just sold over the weekend so it's probably around here somewhere. I forgot what number it was.

There is now an 08 red at peacock nissan.
I did not bother to look at the number.
I saw it on the showroom floor as I picked
up my plates at the dealer.
YES, let's do a meet soon.

I dont know if this helps or not...but I was just browsing through Wikipedia and looking at the history on 350z and found out that NISSAN made 1500 nismo for 07 and 1500 for 08...chk it out for urself...

I'm pretty sure that's wrong. Just look at the Nismo registry on this site. There isn't one later than in the 800's and everyone posting on here that's past #0676 is an '08. Can't believe everything you read on the web.

yeah its wrong, the change to 08 was somewhere between 667 and 675
This morning I saw 582 it is redline Nismo 07, and 812 a black Nismo 08 here In Albuquerque. Also asked about GT-R, Melloy Nissan is hoping to get 2 of em, they sent 3 mechanics to Japan which I find hard to believe. We will see, this is my local stealership

Maybe the plates u have seen were made at the store around the corner of your house but definitely not on the NISMO 350Z...
By the way, if they say that '07 produced 1500 and '08 will produce another 1500, then I just really dont know why #0818 are labeled '08 and not '07, or maybe there is another #0818 from '07 and one for '08??? Maybe I am tooooo stupid or what? Or maybe this person who say so is the STUPIEST person ever existed on earth to believe such a thing
Can't believe that ppl really believe everything they mention on the internet...Last edited by kennylin888; Jan 29, 2008 at 11:33 AM.

My understanding was that there are 3000 in the World - but only 1500 made over 2 years in the USA - the rest (starting from 0001 just like here) in Japan?
Theorectically - you could get a right hand drive version of mine imported

Let me know if I'm wrong though, I'd be interested to know as that's what I tell people. If it's just 1500 in the world - even better

Maybe when I receive the car here in Paraguay and take some pics of it?
Today, hopefully they will solve my CLUTCH problem and replace with a new kit and ready to load in the container. Guest

Interesting though, I wonder if any of the owners out there mind.
Would there be a way of checking anyway, by looking at the VIN?

Interesting stuff though. But hey - I don't care - I have 0012 and that's all that matters
