I cannot get the color code of the body kit for crying out loud. I have called Nissan, I have called the dealership and no one has any information whatsoever on the color code used for the body kit. I need to touch up the lip and I am getting extremely frustrated with this crap. Has anyone come across this information and is willing to share? You would prolong my life by reducing the amount of stress this is causing me!

 

Is your color a stock Nissan color? If so, the paint code should be on your firewall.

isn't the lip like a matte black? why not just try and match it with some other paint.

well monday they have to install my new rear bumper... I'd see if they will match the gunmetal or not.

 

Go to your local body shop and have them mix a teeny bit for you. If you need it this bad, i don't think you will mind.

the closest I have get to the color paint is the nissan color paint K50 this color is from the 2008 nissan altima. this paint have a little bit of blue this could be ok on small chips.

I talk to a bodyshop guy and he told me that maight be the dealed have the color code for the wheels. That is what they usually have the code.

Nissan does NOT have a code for this. I called the dealership call center & they said is has to be matched at a body shop. I painted a chunk of plastic with code K11 "smoke" & it seemed close, but it's kinda hard to tell with the small touchup brush.

 

Well I got a call from the dealership finally after two weeks of hounding them and he said the color is K11 as the poster above me stated. So if you need the color code its K11.

 

sorry to say but have you seen k11 on the nismo kit? it does not match. one of the dealships here tried to get a nismo on there rack and gouged it out they used k11. way to dark. not even close

 

I believe K50 is the code for 06+ grille on the standard Z's.

 

Actually one of my sideskirts was replaced because of the same reason, they messed up my sideskirt when getting it on the lift. They are the ones that gave me the color code, it was a pain to get them to retrace their steps and get it again. When I look at it it looks exactly the same as the rest of the body. I even had several of my friends look at it and they all agree that it is not darker or lighter. So to answer your question if the information they gave me is valid, yes I have seen a K11 on the nismo kit and it looks identical.

 

K11 is the same on my rear bumper and looks identical... she's back! :-)
